As Senior Commercial Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of projects from begin to end. You are an excellent coordinator, coordinating various commercial activities and supporting the project team in daily work. Working across various interfaces, you are a reliable partner to the team and management board in project and commercial controlling. With strong finance and business sense, you are ready to promote our commercial activities and improve working efficiency in a way that leads to sustainable growth.

  • monitor and control project by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
  • manage overall resource planning and project staffing, ensuring every team member has a healthy capacity overview.
  • assist project leads in preparing project proposals, defining project budget, scope and deliverables.
  • manage project contract and commercial aspects of various project activities.
  • report on projects status, identifies and resolves issues and risks.
  • take the lead in studio finance management including banking and cash flow management.
  • support the team in client communication and other activities whenever necessary.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in an international setting in the Chinese market, preferably with abackground in commercial, finance, project management or similar field.
  • self-motivated with strong analytical, logical thinking, detail-oriented and problem-solving skills.
  • solid knowledge of project risk and controls.
  • proficient in overall resource planning, project budgeting and finance administration.
  • empathetic communicator with supportive personality, providing a strong support to our local designteam as well as external clients and vendors.
  • reliable, trustworthy and emotionally robust.
  • superb verbal and writtenskills in Chinese and English, including ability to distil and communicate complex ideas.
